Manager – Project Execution - Civil & Interiors (Onsite)









Job Description :

  • Good communication Skills, Demonstrating Leadership skills, Expertise in Auto cade / MSP. (Civil/ MEP)
  • Briefly studying drawing and BOQ to understand the scope of work.
  • Creating & monitoring the project schedule, prioritizing, and sequencing time frames associated with changing elements of a project. 
  • Attending site review meetings, drawing review meetings,s and other contractor coordination meetings. (In case of GC Projects, conducting site review meeting)
  • Addressing & resolving project-related issues, and queries with the help of senior management, Architect, client, contractor, and team.
  • Addressing & resolving project-related issues, and queries with the help of senior management, Architect, client, contractor, and team.
  • Ensure quality should not compromise during the execution.
  • Weekly/Quarterly or as required Reporting to the Line manager / Functional director.
  • Allocating individual responsibilities and deadlines to team members.
  • Keep a track of material requirements and minimize material, and labor wastage on site.
  • Daily progress tracking and reporting
  • Monitor Safety Controls and Housekeeping 
  • Tracking project schedule and reporting to complete the project as per the accepted schedule.
  • Notifying extra items to the estimation department for timely quotation submission to clients.

Qualification : BE/Diploma in Civil

Experience : 7-12 years in Corporate Interiors Fit-out Projects

Industry : From commercial interiors background only
