Executive / Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager - Tendering & Estimation









Job Description :

  • Good communication Skills, Expert with Excel / PPT, Self-driven, go-getter
  • Analyze all Tenders & RFQ for GC or Civil / MEP Contracting projects. 
  • Understand scope, budget & timelines & prepare a list of queries.
  • Identify incomplete product descriptions or scope of work. 
  • Attend pre-bid meetings to clarify scope and various techno commercial terms. 
  • Outline in-house and subcontract scope of work. 
  • Outline long lead & customized items. 
  • Coordinate with Suppliers & Subcontractors for costing. 
  • Prepare detailed Rate Analysis for the entire BOQ. 
  • Attend Commercial Bid & Negotiation meetings.
  • Conclude RFQ and improve conversion rate.

Qualification : Diploma / Degree - Civil / Electrical / Mechanical

Experience : 2-5 Years with Interior Contracting Firms, Architects or PMC Industry

Industry : Preference to candidates from Interior Contracting or PMC background
