Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Project Execution - MEP
Job Description :
- Good communication Skills, Expert with Excel / Auto cade / good Knowledge of Electrical / HVAC /Firefighting /Networking systems
- Briefly studying drawing and BOQ to understand MEP's scope of work.
- Creating & monitoring the project schedule, prioritizing, and sequencing time frames associated with changing elements of a project.
- Attending site review meetings, drawing review meetings,s and other contractor coordination meetings. (In case of GC Projects, conducting site review meeting)
- Addressing & resolving project-related issues, and queries with the help of senior management, Architect, client, contractor, and team.
- Ensure quality should not compromise during the execution.
- Weekly/Quarterly or as required Reporting to the Line manager / Functional director.
- Allocating individual responsibilities and deadlines to a team member.
- Keep a track of material requirements and minimize material, and labor wastage on site.
- Daily progress tracking and reporting.
- Monitor Safety Controls and Housekeeping.
- Tracking project schedule and reporting to complete the project as per the accepted schedule.
- Notifying extra items to the estimation department for timely quotation submission to clients.
Qualification : Degree / Diploma - Electrical / Mechanical
Experience : 3-6 years in Corporate Interiors Fit-out Projects
Industry : Preference to candidates from Interior Contracting or PMC background.
